AGAINST THE GRAIN FESTIVAL:
BLOOM PARADE
Bloom Parade began as the solo project of teenaged Mitchell Manz, who started writing songs when he was living in his hometown in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. Now in his twenties and living in Brisbane, Manz has turned Bloom Parade into the collaborative group that it was always meant to be. With influences ranging from the likes of Toy Boats, The Cure, and Pedro The Lion, Bloom Parade is an exploration in sweeping and melodic guitars and synths, upbeat and focused drums and bass, and dreamy vocals.
Bloom Parade’s debut EP ‘Sunblushed’ is out now on Last Ride Records.
