PREMIERE:
GOOD BOY
If you’ve been hanging out to put the good back in your day, you’ll be pleased to know that Good Boy’s brand newy ‘Sodabread’ is just a mere click away on this very page, right here right now. Produced by Tim Morrissey of the John Steele Singers and mixed and mastered by Mikey Young, Sodabread will officially be released upon the rest of the world this coming Monday the 5th.
Frontman Rian King says “Sodabread is a song about the trash morning television programme ‘Sunrise’ and their ever offensive presenter Samantha Armytage”. The track features a delicious intertwining of sounds from the horns/brass section, to Rians ever-evolving powerful vocal performance. If you know what’s good for you, you’ll get your hot little hands (or ears) around this one.
If you know what’s really good for you, you’ll be sure to get yourself on down to the Against the Grain festival in Fortitude Valley this Saturday to witness the all new Good Boy with their debut performance as a four-piece, featuring brand new bass player Marli Smales, and a horn section to top it all off.
